Gitane (gipsy in French) is an ode to the natural and nomadic aesthetic from the South of France. In these windy, sunny Mediterranean landscapes: dance, movement, and exchange are always present. Women are at the center, blending femininity with strength, personality, and spontaneity.
The design for this wire-free bra was inspired by a vintage French summer dress. It blends vintage and mediterranean aesthetics - combining clean, simple lines with feminine details including:
- darted cups
- gathers at the center front
- and a satin cord detail that falls on the body and allows you to adjust the cleavage to your desired level.
Note you have the option to add a thin 3mm cup foam layer for better coverage under clothing. The satin cord detail is also optional and we offer a version of the Gitane Wire-free Bra with no center front cord detail that will look more seamless under clothing for thinner busts.
